Reason why I play games - DnD 3.5 was my gateway drug to the tabletop gaming world. I stayed because of the high level of complexity with these games and the flexibility that's impossible in video games (I'm a 16 year PC gamer). I've always known about 40k due to Dawn of War 1, but never really got into the universe until about 2008. I toyed with the idea of getting into the game in '09, but decided against it as I didn't feel ready to take such a plunge as at the time I was a very hardcore Magic: The Gathering player. I don't play it anymore, as I've sold nearly all of my Magic stuff to fund 40k. I love a strategic challenge so long as it's not based on speed (EH HEM STARCRAFT) but rather more on tactics, albeit it's strange for me to say that as my main army is the Orks.

From what I heard Central Florida is a really solid scene for WM/H. You guys also play for keeps and actually finish painting your armies.

Hey Craig great to see some more Warmahorders joining up. Look for another tournament down here in the next month or so. Venue still up in air (Tate's or Coolstuff).
