Understanding the Rules

I just got off the "Last Alliance" website and apparently they are struggle with the same rules as the yanks are on this side of the pond.

And also GW HAS NOT responded to e-mail inquires (you can't call anymore, it was effecting sales, fuck the customer YEAH!).

But a member made an interesting point, on page 23 it states:
"Or perhaps the occasionally is covered in the rules, but can interpreted in several equally correct seeming ways. The point here is that the players will need to 'work it out' themselves."

In other words GW is saying "Fuck you dumbshits we have your money, hahahahahahaha"!

Okay, I'm kinda kidding. Read ALL of page 23, it is very interesting.

For the record, I am not the ShadowMaster on that site.

I've lurked around over there, but I do not post. I saw Dan asked them for rule advice; and JC did the same on The Ring.

While it is nice to get other opinions, the game is only 2 months old. Everyone is a complete newbie and nobody really nows for sure how some of these thigns were designed to work.

Looks like we will just need to set some house rules on the hot issues until we get an official word from GW.

I don't think anyone would question that Jerry is our WoTR champion. He worked to build support for the game, setup the league night, and he is organizing and running the upcoming touney. He clearly wants what is best for the game.

Based on the above, I move Jerry should set the Sunshine house rules for our FAQ topics until we get official word from GW.

I second that motion.

My first godly act is to form a commitee, I have been wrong in the past and I am certian I will be in the future and to insure the best for everyone I think there should be several people abel to give their input.

May be have a new sub topic "One House to Rule Them All". So it can be out in the public debate, but not endless going back and forth, please.

Put a poll up for decisions and let the players decide. Thatll work. Ill post the first one to see what happens.

Totally agree with the polling system, but use caution, there has to be bases to propose the error and the question has to properly presented.

In otherwords, not is the most popular rule, but the most acurate and fair.

In the past most issue have been over rules that directly or indirectly benifit certain players to the disatvantage of the opposing player. So one group is going to vote for themself and so will the opposite player.
