Fallschirmjager Attached to the SS

Alright finishing up my late war SS army painting and was wanting to expand on the infantry aspect, so was looking at just tossing in a platoon of fallschirmjager. Now my question is how would the fallschirmjager be uniformed at this point in the war, would they be wearing the same camo and uniforms as the rest of the SS grenadiers or what did they wear? A buddy told me that late in the war when the fallschirmjager kinda spread out to other divisions that they just adopted the uniforms of the units they got placed in.

I think you would be fine with the splinter camo pattern.

You can paint them with Striped pajamas, for when they surrender to my brave Peasant socialist army !

I think your best off with the splinter-camo. It will help clarify the difference between the SS and the fallschirmjagers.

Sorry not gonna be hitting up any tournaments for a while, were just starting to mess around with the game when we can, the figs were sitting in the closet in pieces for too long so finally got off my ass to do it all quick to mess around. Hope to learn the ropes of the game more before making attempts to play in any of the tournies going on.

Finished up my current work, still doing the Panzergrenadiers at the moment, with the fallschirmjager on hold for now as I got my next project of putting together all my Cryx and finally finish painting my Warhammer Fantasy army to get to.
