Strongest named character in 40k
Strongest 40k named character
So many of them, and yet just a few are actually useful or "broken"
I choose Ghazgkull as my strongest character for obvious reasons, makes army fearless for one whole round, gets a 2+ inv save, cant be auto killed, gives the army an auto 6inch fleet, 7 attacks with a power claw at strgth 10 on a charge ... just to damn nasty.
And due to popular gay fan club demand, i removed Kharn and added Fagaddon the despoiler.

Put the nightbringer against Ghazkull......It would be interesting if a large green monkey could handle the grim reaper.

Re: Strongest 40k named character
WHAT THE FUCK ABADDON ISN"T UP THERE! YOU DUMB FUCKING CUBAN ORK FORGOT ABOUT THE BIGGEST BADASS IN THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK sorry about that Luis.... I guess you know who I voted for.
Eldrad (210pts) 3+ inv save reroll isnt as good as the Grim reaper (350pts).
Too bad they are not in the same weight class.

Re: Strongest 40k named character
I had to pick the Nighbringer...S10, T8, tons of attacks, 4+ inv save, ethereal...and only 360 points...a practical bargain in today's armies!
At least I think he's S10...if he is...he could insta-kill the orky-idiot.
Can't believe I'm about to say this, but...gotta agree with Max, but Abbadon must be up there...damn that hurt to say ...I'd vote for him if her were an option.

neither can Ghazhkull
it all comes down to Ghazhkull calling the waagh before hes engaged in hand to hand or him killing his oponent in the round he calls it, cause after that, hes just a tough ork with no Inv saves ...

Re: Strongest 40k named character
It sounds strange but one has to consider St. Celestine.
She's the only character that can come back over and over again for 205 pts. All you have to due is roll an unmodified LD test on a 10 to make her come back
She flies, can make an additional move in the assault phase, can hit and run, has a strength 5 power weapon and a flamer. She's hard to kill with a 2+ armour and 4+ invulnerable save.
Also she has faith points which can make her 2+ SV. Invulnerable, strike first, etc.
How do you kill someone who keeps coming back? Eventually she can even whittle down the Nightbringer as long as she keeps making that leadership test.
