I don't think these super spam armies hold up very well in 5th edition. The variety of shooting is very limited and there is no HtH to make up for that. This army could easily lose KPs to another shooting army. I would like to play against an army like this with my Vulkan Land Raiders.

I agree, everything is very fragile in this army. 6 5 man squads is still only 30 bodies. And as brian said, very fragile in cc. 9 grey hunters+ wolf guard with power fist+ wolf standard is an extremely good CC units for what it costs AND scores.
I run a list that is similar in terms of fire power, but with alot more reslience.
I have 9 Missile Launchers, 6 lascannons (two of which are twin-linked) 4 auto cannons, 1 LL rune priest, and a few melta guns and plasmas.
The problem with long fangs is that a 1/3rd of the time missions will be dawn of war, and they are virtually useless for two turns (moving into position to fire and all that) possibly more depending on terrain and your opponent (seeing as by turn two those long fangs should be dropping like flies from enemy fire)
Living Lightning, murderous hurricane, jaws. Those are the three best powers we have. Master of runes is not worth it's points. Bulk up the troops, add in some wolf guard, maybe a few preds or vindicators, maybe land speeders?

Yeah I would like some Speeders with Multi-Meltas in a spammy gun line list like this. Otherwise things could get messy.

Marc and I tried this with 6 squads, 3 Vindicators and 3 Dreads. It was pretty nasty but I wasn't blown away or anything. If 4+ cover was everywhere it would really be over the top. I think Preds with AC, Las sponsons could be a better choice than the Fangs. It wrecked Tyranids but had problems with 2 huge rampaging sister squads and their exorcists.
