Marines Over Miami

Here's the info I remember from this:

There are the following pre-register events:

Fantasy Tournament (2000 pts)
40k Tournament (1850 pts)

During the day there were also several other events. Aside from a decent amount of extra space for adhoc gaming, there was also at least 1 megabattle for both 40k and Fantasy.

Considering the sudden rise of FOW, I might put it up to the organizers to see about making an addition to the tournament, space permitting of course. I'm sure we'd be able to bring a pretty decent larger crowd, so it'd be fun.

An option to consider is, for whoever ramrods this if at all, is do you what a truer army fight or open it to powerful Lords and Mages? That is a big difference and brings to consideration the 1850pt or 2k chose.

Hehe, I like 2 thousand, only for the more special and rare choices available. Then again, a Lord choice does soak up alot of points.

we should convince joel to have this at UM again or some place close.

UM is the only viable option, because it has enough space to hold everything he would be brining along with him, tables, terrain, merchandise, drinks, chips etc etc etc


Unless he would rent a banquet hall but i think that would cost him a bit more then U.M. sence we can also try and play this off as an even the college students might want to attend, Joel also may want to try and make some sort of alliance with the Square as well so he has enough terrain for tables and w.e. else hes gunna need for that weekend.

It would probably benfit the gamer community as a whole max, then again it is Joel so who knows what exactly might happen.

The last time he had enough terrain. Luis has enough terrain to fill 3 tournaments. I for one would love to have another one.

Hopefully this time our opponents won't have a wife emergency and leave abruptly. Some people just can't take a beating. Remember those morons from West Palm Bill?
