What the Fuck!!!!!

well i played against Dan this weekend. and i have to say the fuck on my part. I rolled 12 art dice and not a fucking misfire.... I had two mortars, two cannons and a hellblaster. the 13th dice got me a misfire and i rolled a 3. Hellblaster is back in all of my empire lists.

Did you take a Fozzrik's?

Hellblaster definitely becomes more viable with an engineer around.

Strength 5 armour piercing is still nasty, and if you get enough shots out, you can mess some shit up.

That being said, the Hellstorm is still probably the more reliable machine and can wipe out infantry blocks like nobody's business.

dude i did not need the engineer even that is the fucked up part. also from what i saw in the FAQ the machine no longer gets his BS. Fun fact you do not have to fire all three barrels anymore thank you to the FAQ.

Empire got pretty crazy in this edition with all the arti they can field.

The HellStorm is so stoopid, that thing can kill anything, from Infantry blocks to multi wound stuff.

Luis why do you say it can kill multi wound creatures. I thought only models under the hole suffer multiple wounds.

The Empire 40k list is tweaked for round 2!

Oh ? maybe im not remembering right, i thought Bill played it that the templlate itself is D6 wounds. My memory might be faulty though.

S9 hit w/ D6 wounds under the center hole for the mortars

S5 armor pierced for all hits from the rocket battery

Both use the large template. You can use the Engineer's reroll benefits for either machine.

Mortar: Large Blast, S6 (D3 wounds) in the center, S3 (D3 wounds) on the rest. All armor piercing.

Rocket Battery: S5 For the entire template. NO ARMOR PIERCING.

They're good, and can kill stuff, but not amazing per say. They actually did not change at all with the new edition, aside from the ability to pick their spots now.

Yes, yes it does. I hope it wasn't played the way written above, cause it's definitely that way. It says so in the Empire Rulebook and then restates it again in the FAQ.

that would be um bending the rules
