Vampire Counts Dragon????

Hello everyone,
I have bought the super big rule book and I have gotten some Skeletons (20). I had the High Elf Dragon, can I put a Vampire rider on it and use it as a dragon instead of the VC UnDead Dragon (I don't like the model so much). I still need to pick up the VC Army book, Maybe I will swing by Sunshine tomorrow...

I think its a good idea. Use green stuff and make it look decayed.
