Is Fantasy Dead?

Opinions? Way to bring it back?

i voted no because i know of a couple of players that love to play fantasy (myself included), although if they cant play all the time then it might as well be cause there is no point in trying to keep it alive if people arent interested in playing it or cant make it all the time. I myself would love to play it as much as possible but i cant make it all the time to sunshine and well with the new rules that came out and the fact that most players at sunshine play 40k then it makes it harder to put efford into it since when ever i get a chance to go by sunshine the Fantasy players are nowhere to be found or are busy playing other games like card games, fow, even 40k.

i like fantasy and well if i could i would play it as much as 40k but unfortunately there just isnt enough players to compete with 40k or even fow which in my opinion has more of a following than fantasy.

max let me worry about how to bring it back. you doing fine with 40k. i have been handling it for a while. I just took a break for a few months. you get brunt out after awhile

There is tons of new blood for you on Wednesdays.

Good idea max. Exhibition games with great looking armies on Wednesdays could make some of the new 40k players crossover. It's how I got interested in it. Bill let me know if ya still got those bloodletters:)

Just as long as "The Lord of Cuba" doesn't do it with his shoebox skaven. Awesome as it is, Not for exhibition. Hehe

Actually if GW can churn out awesome fantasy related waves like tomb kings on a regular basis, state of the game would be better.

I don't think it's dead, but your right about having some nicely painted armies bringing folks in. Maybe I'll bring Nate or play Bill on a Wednesday and see what happens. My Empire/Kislev guys are about 85% painted...
