Running + Beer = BLAAARGGH!

Getting off of work, ran into a friend from work at local outdoor bar. Not wanting to be a douche, I had two mike's hard lemonade. I figure those would be ok and refreshing. Next thing I know, I drank a few and realized my metrorail trip was about to expire. So I hoofed it through downtown only to vomit at train station as it pulled away. Moral of the story is "you tell me".
