I didnt know the Skaven tunnels extended all the way to france!

Yea, all Skaven tunnels lead to Paris. There are quite a few similarities between the French and Skaven lol.

You spoiled little rat ! I mean Brat. and here you are pretending like you ain't got no money, while your parents own a castle in France.

It's not a castle it's a Chataeu lol. And it's abandonded and probably haunted. We stay in the house that's near it. There's also a creepy old wine cellar where the Germans kept some prisoners during WWII while they occupied the place. The whole property is 380 Hectares or 3,800,000 square meters which is pretty big.

Edit: My parents don't own it. It's owned by my mom and her five siblings.

Still, thats a pretty sweet spot to be.

I'm going to France in a couple weeks actually, which part were you at?

Will they trade it for an unpainted squad of sisters of battle? I mean, the sisters are brand new, and you say the chateau is old and abandoned!

@Matt: No, the Chateau and property are not for sale or trade lol.

How come the family doesn't renovate the chateu and then spend summers there?

How come the family doesn't invite all of your gaming friends to have a week of gaming craziness in France??

I'll be in Paris on the 26th actually. Only for 1 day though.

I dunno. I will eventually go to Italy. But we're doing a tour of France and Spain. Prolly cheaper that way.

Good luck....the Euro is so strong right now that it'll cost you 8 dollars american, for a friggin cheeseburger. I'm waiting until we're back on an equal footing, or I will just go somewhere the euro isn't.

France is last on my list of places to go. I'd only go there for the World War 2 history....

The dollar aint worth shit in europe right now, 2.50 euro for a coke, which means arround 5 bucks or so .
The french were actually surprisingly nice, at least in paris in the area i was in, i went there thinking they were going to be a bunch of aholes and that they hate americans, but i was wrong in that case. Evryone i spoke to and met and dealt with was very nice, most at least tried to speak english, cause i dotn know a word in french, and in one case we were in a bus and the bus decided to drop evryone off cause it wasnt gettign enough passengers or some shit..weird stuff...and this old french guy saw we were lost and with VERY broken english he guided us to the next buss stop, fi not it wouldve been like a freaking 6 mile walk back to the hotel!

When I went to Switzerland I found the French folk who lived there, not the French speaking Swiss, to be really cool. Them and the Spaniards were the friendliest, and coolest to hang out with.

Well guys, it's mostly the Parisians that get a bad rap. and certainly some areas in Paris have some really stuck up assholes.. but as the French say....
Such is life....

Italians are way cooler in general.

Italians are much cooler, that is true, cept when they come to the US, then they turn all stuck up and shit and they act like they own the place.

Carlos, Did you come across any sand by chance?

The wife and I hope to go to Paris to see the great sites there. And Steph the wife is half Italian and that will be our following stop. Is your family from Italy?

@Dale: Sorry Dale but I really didn't see any sand although I did see lots of dirt and mud.

Yes Dale. My pops is Italian, born and raised.. he came here when he was 26. Fell in love with a hungarian Jew, and rest is history.
