Photoshop it good enough and I'll print it out and use it as my Army's Banner lol! Write something confederatish on it though like "Long live the South" or "Death to the non-Confederats!" or maybe just "SQUEEEEEEEK!!!!!"

I got it wrong, its .psd, not .ppd. A .psd is the file extension for a photoshop file. But if you like the banner as is, you won't need it.

I just wanna make it smaller.How do I do that?(yea,I'm in the dark ages when it comes to computer stuff.)

What you need to do is get the printing settings right on the program you are going to use to print it.
