Space Wolves army

Hey guys, im workign on my Space Wolves and came up with this list, tell me what you think. I didnt get any Rhinos because im betting on Power Armor and the new RUN rule to get me where i wanna be. This is a model heavy marine list, but i think it has well balanced punch.

HQ
Wolf Priest:
fang of morkai, iron wold amulet, runic armor, wolf pelt, 3 fenrian wolves
Wolf guard Battle Leader:
master crafted frost blade, wolf pelt.
Wolf guard Bodyguard for leader:
3 WG, 1 power fist, 3 bolt pistols, 2 power weapons.
Venerable Dread:
Ass cannon, Heavy flamer

ELITES
Wolf Scouts:
4 scouts, melta bombs, frags, melta gun: WG leader- power fist, plasma pistol, wolf tooth necklace

TROOPS
Grey Hunters:
9 hunters, 1 P.fist, 1 P. weapon, 1 Plasmagun, 8 bolters
Grey HUnters:
9 hunters, 1 p.fist, 1 p.weapon, 1 meltagun, 8 bolters
Grey Hunters:
9 Hunters, 1 P.fist, 1 P.weapon, 1 plasma gun, 8 bolters
BloodClaws:
15 Claws, 3 P. fists, 1 meltagun. WG leader: bolt pistol, P. weapon

HEAVY
Long fangs:
4 long fangs, 2 lasscanons, 1 missile launcher, 1 heavy bolter. pack leader

drop wolf priest drop wolf guard give the squads rhinos play with 2X wolf guard battle leader + frostblades or venerable dread.

Those Pfists are losing the extra attack they normally get...might not matter too much w space wolves. How many points is this list?

This is 1850 points.
I might drop the wolfguard and the wolf priest, but i may get a Rune priest instead, Stormcaller will help with that cover save in the open, or if they get charged.

Looks like a solid list to me.

you need rhino's for pillboxes and the venerable for the reroll for first turn, I don't think storm caller allows them to count as in over for assaults.

took out the wolfguard, and the wolf priest, got a rune priest and 2 rhinos. Stormcaller works if " I " get charged, even if im in the open it counts as me being in cover. I dont think the venerable gives u that rerrol for first turn anymore.

yes he does he is also the only dread in the game to have WS and BS 5. he rocks his str 10 hardcore.

i thought that we 5th ed rules whoever sets up first goes second so no need to rerrol to see who goes first, unless u can rerrol to see who sets up first ???

Ahhhh, okies. and i do have a venerable dread in there btw. I miss Bjorn the Fell handed, not sure what happened to him, he's not on the codex.
