Allright, im trying to still play arround with making a strong Space Wolf list, and here is what i came up with this time.

HQ
Wolf Guard Battle Leader:
Terminator armor, assault cannon,
Wolf guard bodyguard:
T. armor, assault cannon,
Wolf Guard bodyguard:
T. armor, assault cannon,
Wolf Guard bodyguard:
T. armor, Cyclone missile launcher, storm bolter

Venerable Dreadnought:

TROOPS
Grey Hunters:
9 hunters, power fist, power weapon, 9 bolters, Rhino-smoke launchers, xtra armor

9 hunters, power fist, power weapon, 9 bolters, Rhino-smoke launchers, xtra armor.

HEAVY
Landraider:
2x twinlinked lasscannons, twin linked heavy bolter, smoke launchers, xtra armor
Landraider:
2x twinlinked lasscannons, twin linked heavy bolter, smoke launcher, xtra armor.

SIX assault cannons, being delivered by 2 Landraiders, and one on the Ven Dread. THAT should put a dent on anything, 2 of those assault cannons are shooting at BS 5 Twisted Evil

Fucking weird ass space wolves... can have heavy weapons on commanders... LAME.....

Looks alright but your only taking two troops.... I don't ever recommend that now in 5th ed....

LOL, yeah, is pretty sick that they can.
Ima bit worried about the 2 troop choices also, but with the ammount of firepower that i'll be dishing out i dont thnik there would be ANY troop choices left on the other side

Now that they toned down rending you cant expect them to rape anymore either....

I say you drop one of the landraiders,upgrade the one landraider to a crusader,and get yourself a full pack of bloodclaws w/ 3 powerfists.It'll give you a nice assault unit that can hold objectives.Besides that your list looks fine.

i recommend dropping one wolf guard squad and adding in one blood claws squad big enough to fill a LRC. Like JC says, they get +2 attacks on the charge.

But they are WS 3 which hurts.... I say you add more grey hunters at the expense of the terminators.... oh yea and more Rhinos!

LOL REGULAR marines hit them on 3+ including that Pfist thats in MY squad.... your shit hits on 4+ and thats that.... You may think more the marrier but IMO for marines it's skills and stats that make up for the point cost... Greyhunters have 2 attacks ALWAYS with bolters because they have true grit and they have a higher leadership, WAYYY more reliable IMHO...

Grey hunters are the shit, but you can take Bloodclaws in squads of 15, 4 sttacks per guy when they charge, you can remove the powerfist and give them power weapons, thats 12 power weapon attacks on the charge, with the new rule that evryone countercharges, they can do some horendous damage to whatever they hit.

Yes, though don't forget you could put a character in with the blood claws and give him the necklace item which makes them hit everything in 3+ but get hit back on a 3+. That makes them nasty against most armies.

Don't forget that powerfists do not get the +1 bonus for having 2 CC weapons anymore so 2 powerfists on bloodclaws are 6 attacks instead of 8 on the charge.

Still a nasty list though...

Units with LOW WC usually get stomped out by W/E but units with higher WS get more skills that just add to their combat goodness.
