Jetbike Warlock Conversion
This was an attempt to create a warlock on a jetbike using only Dire Avenger and Jetbike parts; simple. My problem, I don't believe its warlocky enough. Before I go on converting the rest of my bikes, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
I dont' have a macro lense, and the flash brightened the color to a great degree.

Good conversion work. Maybe to make it more Warlock-y... you should consider making a flowing cape out of green stuff? Maybe some more rune stones?

I don't know much about the eldar range, but if you could swap that lance for a staff, and add some dangling runes?

Re: Jetbike Warlock Conversion
Looks pretty damn good, but the thing that doesnt do it for me is the head, if you couldve used a Warlock helmet head it wouldve been more "warlocky" hmm, maybe a Back banner pole with a streaming flag with an Eldar rune on it, maybe Matt can give you some pointers on how he did his for his Battle standard bearer for his chaos army, it came out freaking awsone.

Re: Jetbike Warlock Conversion
I really like the warlock heads for the bikers, but I just can't get over shelling out 80bucks for warlocks just to cut off the heads. I'll probably give them some flags like you suggested, and make them warlocky, and green stuff some rune armor + rune stones. Thanks for the suggestions.

Re: Jetbike Warlock Conversion
Looks great now that he is finished! You've gotta add some more runes to the jetbike.
Re: Jetbike Warlock Conversion
As a jetbike Autarch hell yes, but as a Warlock not so much. My 2 cents.

Female farseer. Did a little work cutting the legs and greenstuffing a sitting position. She's the reason the dude is in pink... and for no other reason.
ThepPic is over-bright, like the other, but you get the idea.

The original dark reaper mini: http://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/bard/latest/03098#detail/03098_G
That's before I replaced the arms and cut the legs at the joints and green stuffed them back on.

I'd give you her number, but I'm putting together a female on foot Farseer just for her.

Just make it clean strokes (as apposed to sketchy). You can always paint over.

Very fresh.. and imaginative. This is why I highly recommend mixing reaper and other mini lines with GW.
Great Job on the the spirit stones !
