Two 400pt Isengard lists

First List:
Legions of the White Hand
Uruk-hai Captain w/ heavy armor and shield-60
10 Uruk-hai Warriors w/ shield-100
6 Orc Warriors w/ spear-36
6 Uruk-hai Warriors w/ pikes-60
Isengard Raiders
Sharku w/ shield-60
5 Warg Riders w/ shields and throwing spears-75
1 Uruk-hai Scout w/ shield-9
Total=400
It's my standard tourney Uruk-hai list.It's pretty good but lacks shooting.
Isengard Raiders
Sharku w/ shield-60
Ugluk-60
Lurtz-60
8 Uruk-hai Scouts-64
7 Uruk-hai Scouts w/ shields-63
6 Warg Riders w/ throwing spears and shields-90
Total=397
This one is radically different from my usual lists.It's got a whopping 9 points of might but lacks numbers.

Legion of the white hand are your own invention or from one of the source books?
You have two versions of raiders, can you give a brief explanation? Are the raiders in response to any battles you were in currently and see a need to make adjustments or you just like to try different configurations?
