What army is next?

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you have any idea what army will be the next one for fantasy after the VC. I also want to know if anyone has any clue when the skaven are going to be up. I've heard their going to come out in early 2009 but do any of you have any info on this?

My guess is Dark Elves, since they redid the High Elves these two armies are usually very close in their updates.
