Cheaters of Everblight

Bastards! Got whooped hardcore last night, even though my opponent called it a draw. I have two questions for anyone who has a Hordes Primal and Hordes Evolution rulebooks handy or plays Legion:

1.) Can Raptors perform a ride-by attack? My opponent charged at me with his Raptors, took their swings, then ran back, which is by definition a ride-by attack, but I'm not sure if Light Cav can perform that? (Evolution)

2.) The Seraph has an animus Slipstream, does the wording on the animus state that "a model may only be affected by Slipstream once per turn"? If so I don't think it can be cast by two seraphs and the warlock on the same model. Would someone post the verbiage for Slipstream? (Primal)

Let me clarify: I do not think my opponent cheated, I just think we made mistakes with those two rules and would like some clarification.

Actually Raptors cannot make ride by attacks because they are Light Cavalry and as stated in the Evolution rulebook Light cavalry cannot make ride by attacks.

As for the Seraph, It clearly states that the spell only effects 1 model per cast and a model may only be effected once. So model A can only be moved once by the spell no matter how many Seraph there are in the spell range.

I hope this helps. There seems to be some confusion with the Raptors because people seem to forget the Light Cavalry rules and only remember the Drive-by Attack rules.

One more question, can Saeryn Mirror Borka's upkeep spell "Mosh Pit"?

I am not sure. What does it say in the book?

Yes she can. Mirror Magic duplicates any upkeep spell replacing references to warcaster or warlock and faction to Saeryn and Legion respectively.

are there any limitations on her Mirror Magic spell?

It's just as much my fault for not calling it as it is his for not seeing it. You know how I play, my opponent gets the benefit of the doubt unless I am 150% sure he is cheating at which point he gets the "sock-jack"

Light calvary soen't ride by attack. They get to move after doing a combat action though.
