Moves at crew speed, 360 degree fire arc. In combat, the crew line up along the side.
Rampage: In compulsory movement phase, roll 2D6. If you roll >= the distance to the nearest enemy unit, the Hellcannon will charge if possible. It may only Spew Ichor in the shooting phase if in combat, and will never pursue.
If all crew are dead, the Rampage test must be checked against ALL units - not just the enemy's. The cannon will always move the number rolled toward the nearest unit.
60" Range, fires as Stone Thrower. The first Scatter roll may be re-rolled each turn. Once you determine point of impact, any unit not Immune to Psychology can flee directly away before being hit.
Place the small template - anything under the template takes an S10 hit causing D6 wounds (partials on 4+). Then place the large template. Any units with a model under the template must pass a Leadership test or flee directly away from the Hellcannon (not units Immune to Psychology).
Spew Ichor: Instead of firing normally, use the flame template (counts as Breath Weapon, S6). Any units partially under the template must take a Terror test.

I cant find it in the Beats of Chaos nor in the Hordes of Chaos codexs. I dont know where the hell it
could be located.
I hope the army list below helps out as well.

Don't forget Bill that the hellcannon is part of the Storm of Chaos campain list, part of Archaons horde.
In friendly play I'm sure it's fine, but in some tourney's it may not be allowed.

Well,
If and when I run anymore Tourneys I'll put a feeler out there to see if people want to include that stuff.
Cause if you include the hellcannon, there's all sorts of other campain base lists that you'd have to include,
Zombie Pirates, Clan Eshin stuff, Valten the exalted of Sigmar, etc.
So I'd say, test it out and play with it. You may feel that 300 pts in too much for something that only shoots once a game.

Jesus why the fuck did I waste $50 buying the damn thing if using it is such an issue. If GW sells the damn thing it needs to be legal.

I think its legal in many tournaments Bill. I don't have a link, but look for the tourney regulations on the GW site.
Either way, I think you'll find that its not a very good unit. I tried it a few times in my army, but maybe that's because it was an all mounted list.

Any tournament thats run with GT regulations can include armies from the Storm of Chaos. However, I believe that if you take the cannon then you'd have to use the army list from which it came (unless the Chaos books say something different or the rules in the cannon say otherwise).
