I dont think there will be a fee. I have to talk to Joel to be sure though.

April 6th is the release of the Mark II information. This week at league we can practice SR4 or we can tweak our armies for Schism this weekend.

As far as Hordes players for the month of April, you can keep practicing at league night for tournament play or Schism vs the other Hordes players or you can borrow some of my figures to help with the field test of Mark II.
