The only thing I see is no AA stopping power. I like this list otherwise.

True, I think the only options they get are large AA emplacements or some light flak guns on half-tracks, iirc.

The reason that i don't have any anti-air is cause the last tournament didnt have a single army with air support. And if they do bring it, i will be spread out and be closing in quickly where it will not be used.

You know, I've heard that same thing before, and it's caused my opponent the game before.

However, I don't like the odd number of platoons. With no 2iC you can't make it 8, so that 7th is wasted half the time (only 3 platoons in most missions).

I understand why your taking the nebs, but they don't make much sense in the list. Maybe make your pioneers armored to give your entire list mobility and then beef up your tanks some more (by dropping the nebs). This will put you at 6 platoons and make the entire force mobile (you'll be wanting that infantry platoon mobile).

Otherwise I like the list, are the FV or CV?

Well, If i need an even # of platoons i dismount the riders and they become an infantry platoon. And I like the nebs for smoke and for pinning prior to an assault. And no you cannot make them armored pioneers, not an option. And that would make my for 4 platoons not 5 which is risky too.

Well Eric, unless you dismount your tankriders, your breaking point AND half-company deployment is the same as if you had 4 platoons.

The nebs are nice though, I'm not gonna lie. If you can't mount the poineers then that changes things a bit.

Best bet is to try the list out. How many points is this?

Its only 1500 as the topic says lol. I'm only doing 1500 because the last tournament we ran was way to long. We are going to have to cut it down to 1500 points.

However, at 1500 it looks perty good.

People like to take 1+ hour lunch breaks. Some of us have families and cant hang out from 11am to midnight. Dont get me wrong I would, but I cant. I suggested to Eric have people go pick up a quick meal and play as you eat. If their late they simply cut into their time for the round. Ive seen this at the Fantasy and 2 40k tournaments I attended. It sucks. Or as Eric said cut down the points.

The time thing is always a prob. Goota be REALLY extric about the time, after first game give 30 mins to eat, after that ,15 mins between games to assign opponents and change tables and start playing. Dice down means DICE DOWN, on the FW tourney there was a game that went on like 20 mins after we all had finished the round !!
