Rohan Outriders Empty Rohan Outriders

Ok so the Rohan Outriders have a 2 for shooting skill?? Is that a typo or what? No other unit in the entire book has a 2 not even elves. I'm not complaining but is it correct?

So far I do not believe GW has released any documents on corrections, but I do have a Rohan army (ha, ha, ha).
