That guy has one of the most dramatic jumping attacks I've ever seen.
I think he does it almost every episode

Re: Legend of the seeker on Hulu.com
That show grows on ya. I remember watching the premier episode and for some reason being so bored out of my head that I actually fell asleep. Never watched it again. Then after about 4 or 5 weeks I caught an episode and it was way better than the premier. I then gave it a second chance and was grateful that at least it's better than any Sci-Fi ( i refuse to spell it syfy) medieval movie of the week.
I was amazed to see that, what I guess is still the first season, the main dude actually went toe to toe with the main bad guy. It seemed like a plot device that would never actually occur until the end of the whole series. So it was nice to see that it happened and that he got his ass handed to him.
All in all , yeah decent show. Could be better, should be better. Could be worse...Devastator could have balls...oh wait, too late.

Re: Legend of the seeker on Hulu.com
The shows based on Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth novels. I read the first 6 or so and then lost interest because the story just goes on forever. The one's that I read were pretty damn good though.
Haven't watched the show.

Re: Legend of the seeker on Hulu.com
Episode 9 "Puppeteer" was pretty much the best episode imo.
My only qualm with the series is that it suffers in the same way DnD does; wizards are op. Zedd pretty much fucks everyone up. What's the point in taking people out one by one with your "Sword of Truth" if the wizard's most basic spell (Wizard's fire) can take out a contingent in one go.
Watch it for the Mord'Sith; basically Denna. Tall, blond, and rocking the leather.

Yeah... I'm actually reading the first book of that series right now. I'm enjoying it thus far.
This is a TV series? I thought it was a movie, since I saw a preview for it in the theaters.

Yeah, TV. Its pretty good after the first few episodes. Something to watch besides "16 & Pregnant," "One Tree Hill," etc.

Re: Legend of the seeker on Hulu.com
I just looked into it. Ok so there's something different coming out on movie. Something to do with wind or something.
Hmm... I'm gonna have to watch this. Particularly since I'm reading the book.

So for whose who have read the books, how far into the books is the TV series? I want to watch it but I don't want to get ahead of my reading.
