What do you think of it? I'd have to proxy most of the crossbowmen though as I only have two companies of em.I might try and convert some later on.

It warms my heart to see Khamul on your army list.

Don't sweat the crossbowmen, just put what you have on the front rank and normal bowmen on the back rank, your opponent should easley tell what you have even you have already announce your unit types. I believe everyone has agreed to see arrangement.

Any changes you'd make? I don't know if I should drop the easterlings and replace 'em with something else though.

Looking over your list again, I don't really understand why the Fallen Realms guys are there at all. While I understand the Kamul bit, I'm sure the Dark Lord would send him over if he wanted to. If anything I'd combine two of the Fall Realms groups together to make another 4 or 5 company formation to either flank or go in between your Uruk-kai.

Otherwise I think it's fine, got a bit of everything which works.
