700pt Isengard vs 700pt Fallen Realms,help me

So me and my bro are gonna play a 700pt game later today.

Here's his list:

Khamul the Easterling-125

Three companies of Easterlings w/ pikes-105

Two companies of Easterling Archers-70

Three companies of Haradrim warriors-75

Three companies of Haradrim archers-90

five companies of Haradrim raiders w/ bows,captain and standard-235

Total=700

Here's my list:

Legendary Formation: Sharku's Hunters w/ five companies and shields-225

Common Formation: Uruk hai phalanx w/ thee companies,capt.,standard-190

Common Formation: Uruk hai warband w/ thee companies,capt.,standard-190

Rare Formation: Isengard Troll-100

Total=705

My biggest concern is Khamul.Any advice from you guys?
