At under 2k for Blood Angels I got
3x Baal Preds w/ assault cannons, hvy bolters
3x las/ autocannon preds
3x Vindicators
3x Land Raiders either crusader or redeemer.

cant get those landraiders buddy....they are a dedicated transport and can only be purchased with troops

9x vendettas in one unit? Is it 3x per normally? Man, that is messed up.

Why would you take Baals/heavy bolters in a spearhead game? Superior anti tank options for an all tank game mode.

There is a formation that gives all the weapons +1 strength.

Still shitty even against armor 12 which is the low average your going up against in vehicle heavy lists.

Str 7 rending twin- linked heavy 4 is shitty? Also it is what I can field. Ideally several units of hammerheads backed up by 9x broadsides would wreck everything, but who can actually field some gross list like that. Up top is what I got once it is all built. I wouldn't mind a Titan, but it doesn't fit my imagined fluff of my new army.

i'd rather go with skimmers as my fast attack choice. moving 24 inches with cover firing all weapons?! that's like a melta gun and 2 freaking missilles coming at you!
