June 30th Kill Teams 200 points Tournament

The next one should be on the 28th. Will confirm this Wednesday. I want to add more battle point modifiers or achievements. So if anyone has any suggestions, I am game. For the next one; a painted 200 point army will be giving you more points as well. I imagine a 200 point list shouldn't be too hard to paint in four weeks.

Question: What about Lictors? Are Lictors allowed to be played, as they always deploy from reserves (i.e., there's no legal way in the Codex to play them, aside from them popping in from reserves).. Same as Daemons. Do they still simply "start on the board"? I may wanna try a game out.

You can only infiltrate if you chose a universal special rule that allows you to do so.

Yup, Deep strike units deploy like the rest of the footsloggers.
