Why would he wear power armor to wear a bigger power armor?

Of marines Daemon hunters and Space wolves would be the only ones I can stomach. That's not saying I'd ever stoop to playing them, but they're tolerable. However, the concept and design of this model, along with the storm raven, is laughable at best. I'd rather pay to stomp a fetus.

The robot looks like the GKs are using Tau Battlesuit technology.
