Directions to the Hotel

FROM FORT LAUDERDALE
Take I-595 west to SW 136th Ave
(Exit 1 - First exit west of Flamingo
Road) Exit on 136th Ave and you will be
on SR - 84. Stay on SR - 84 and head
west for 2.7 miles to Bonaventure Blvd/
Country Club Road. Make a left on
Bonavenure Blvd and head south for
.02 miles to Racquet Club road where
you will make a right. The Convention
Center and Hotel is located at 250
Racquet Club Road
(on the south side of the road)

The tournament is 1850 with 3 Rounds in an RTT format. It should be alot of fun, tables and terrain have been built for 18 tables so no one should be turned away. Entry is free, the only cost is $20 for the convention. This is an anime/comic/cosplay convention so all the wacky sights will be worth the price of admission alone. I hope to see you all there! If any of your friends play Warmachine/Hordes but not 40K bring them along. There is a tournament for that game system the same day, it starts 30 minutes after the 40K event.

Ummm I think you guys got some really messed up info as the super con is not even at that hotel. That hotel was the supercon about 3-4 years ago or so. The Supercon RT was held a long time ago in Weston and had pretty shit attendance, it was also run by the War and Pieces people at the time. They haven't been really doing gaming outside of card games at their recent cons.

Also really the con is pretty pathetic, if you haven't been to one, don't bother as it's really ghetto.

Old event - I was wondering why I had not heard about this.

There will be a 40k tournement at this year's FSC comic con. July 1-4. I'll post the details in the tournement section when I have them.

Would have been funny to have a ton of 40k players show up at the Weston hotel on a Tuesday.... with no event going on.
