Yes - TK are uneffected by shooting modifiers.

It still blows. If they had BS 3 with the same unaffected rules, now were talking about a serious threat.

TK shooting is always a static 5+ to hit. It has pros and cons.

If you can move and shoot through hard cover and still hit on a 5+, then you are ahead of the game.

Mix in 2xMulti-shot from the TK magic and you can do some damage.

Fine cast is a fucking gimmick.... sure they look great, but who gives a shit. You have to take out a second mortgage on your home if you want to buy the stuff.
