where is this from ? i see it in Army Builder, and ive heard it mentioned couple of other places, is this a Tournament legal list ??

It's from WD 312 I believe.It's not tournament legal. They used to have a pdf with the armylist on the spanish GW site but I'm not sure if it's still there.

damn, that list look sweet, how bout clan specific lists ? is a clan pestilence list a legal tournament list ? cause i can take plague monks as core with it.

None of the appendix lists are tournament legal although I believe the Lustria Bubonic Court list and the SoC Eshin list are both tourney legal. I've been wanting to create both of these armies as they seem awesome.

Oh man, that suxs Sad only bad thing about the boubonic court list is that you need to include Nurglich in it, but the list does look awsone.
