The plan is to blast the crap out of the enemy. The conscript platoon will tie up the nastiest enemy unit in cc while the veterans will infiltrate to try and take objectives.What do you think of the list?

First, you've got more then 5 support squads to your HQ choice, Gaunt doesn't take any.
Overall I think the list is interesting and while I like the amount of firepower your putting out there my concern is there are too many single shot weapons. Personally (and this is just my judgement) I would take autocannons over the Missile launchers in the squads. While you lose the Str and AP value by one they still make rather potent anti-infantry and gain an extra ROF dice. It's not also forget that these will be a useful anti-transport/light vehicle weapon, and it's the same point-cost.
Also, and this is purely for the future. The new 5th ed. Codex apparently has rules where if you have a unit that is fearless and it loses combat res, it takes wounds equal to the number of points over they lost by (similar to vampire crumbling rule, but you get your saves). With this in mind that conscript platoon would go real fast if lead by Gaunt (which is my assumption) since you'd lose some guys in CC and then roll a bunch more armor saves afterwards.
Otherwise, it's alot of guns but surprisingly not that many models?
