It looks pretty solid to me. My only concern with an item like the AT gun platoon is that it won't be nearly as fast responsive as the rest of your army is. Maybe something else might fit better? (I don't know what options you have available, though I doubt you can get any tanks for that many points).

Also, I'm assuming since your list is SS (thus upgrading it to fearless) that this is designed for a ton of points right? Don't you have to downgrade your total point allotment to be SS?

Use the Pak 40's to hold an objective or force enemy tanks to avoid them.

Well, I've given you my advice already (though I'm not German player). However if your AT guns are to hold up a flank then I think you'll be good to go.

Your best bet is to try it out and see how ya do!
