He's soft. If you can get him somewhere right above league minimum. I say go for it. Another warm body in the secondary wouldn't hurt.

He came outta VT like 5 years ago, I think. He was great in college. He's pretty good in the NFL although I think his best days were with Atlanta.

From David White, San Francisco Chronicle -

Raiders Waive CB Hall, Target Long-Term Contract For CB Asomugha

The Oakland Raiders waived two-time Pro Bowl cornerback DeAngelo Hall after eight games Tuesday. The stunning move is designed to cut the team's financial losses before Hall makes any more money, a team source told The Chronicle. Owner Al Davis decided he'd seen enough. Hall was due $16.5 million next season in injury-guaranteed bonuses. Davis would rather take that money and load up a long-term contract offer for cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, according to a league source familiar with the situation.

Looks like he is injured, but I'm sure someone will pick him up for next season if the price is right. CB is on of the 5 key positions to winning in the NFL.

Dolphins signed another young O-line men 6'4 302 pounds, Brandon Frye was 2nd string on the texans...means o-line means more rushing yards i hope.
