Video of Planetstrike shows a bunch of the new terrain sets coming out. Rumors are that it will be pretty modular like the cities of death sets.

The video seems to confirm that FOC will be changed depending if your attacker or defender. Defenders are apparently going to have to take the regular 1 HQ + 2 Troops, but have access to 6 heavy slots.

Attackers will not need to take any troops but must take 1 HQ. Attackers will be allowed 6 elite choices.

So your playing almost 3000 point games now? This isn't apocalypse level of gaming supplement.

Note that attackers have access to pretty much enter the game any way they want, all those russes are going to not be all that helpful. Orks apparently also can drop asteroids on the defenders.

Im gonna buy like 5 Volleyballs and paint them in stone color with a big giant happy face on it, then im just gonna drop them on the table to represent my asteroids landing.

Make sure you spike the ball onto the table for max effect

Ah yea, attackers also besides 6 elite choices can take up to 6 fast attack if they want. 3 heavy and 6 troops as normal. Again you don't have to take any troop choices as attackers.

Defenders reduced to 4 troop choices, rest of the foc is the same outside of extra heavy.

I thought it was inherent in the statement that it was merely a jest, I guess its lost on some.

Wow no troops necessary for attackers. That should help some of the weaker races.
