Only falling they are doing is in their reputation which has been going on for years. Money wise they are fine.

Re: How are the new Skaven Army's doing
Q. What is the Stubborn Ld value of Plague Censer
Bearers if they are within 6" of a Plague Monk unit
with a rank bonus of +3, and within 12" of the
Plague Furnace. Are they ‘Stubborn Ld 5’, or
‘Stubborn Ld 8’.
A. ‘Stubborn Ld 5’, as Stubborn troops use the Ld
on their profile for Break tests.
That changes everything!

I didn't see anything on the Storm Banner. Does this mean that it's multi-use now???
If so, then that would be, well, silly.

Stubbern and general leadership is pretty standard, just look at the Dwarf Hammerers and a nearby general...use the highest one, typically the unmodified unit Leadership of the stubbern unit

Re: How are the new Skaven Army's doing
The special rules for PCBs near a unit of Monks say that you can add the Monk's ranks to the PCBs leadership.
Since your not using leadership from another unit, some skaven players were reading that as you get stubborn leadership 8 PCBs if the furnace was also nearby.
