I found that heavy weapon squads were too squishy if my opponent concentrated on them. 30 Stubborn guard are a different story. Sisters and IST hitch a ride on the chimeras.

Looks like an interesting list.
I never did get used to using my Sisters, couldnt get arround to playing a mid range shooting army. I kept on trying to assault with them, but they aint Space Marines.

You are right, the weapon teams go down way to easy, specially to template shots.
Cant go wrong with the Exorcist, one of the nicest tanks out there.
