WH & DH Codex

GW has put both codexes in PDF format on their site. I saw the link for it, but for the life of me I cant find it. Anywho< this could be the beginning of the Inquisition codex enroute. Important notes, DH can no longer take or be taken as allies. WH can still be and take allies.

EDIT: Correction. Neither can be taken as allies and only the WH Can take inductions.

No idea dude. I'm going to assume so.... but you know what happens when you assume... This actually messes up IG and a few marine builds. No more infinite hood suckers.....

True, but I've never relied on eldar psychic powers to carry my army. Tau don't have psykers sooooooooo...... The nerf batting didn't really affect me, but I'm sure there are people nationwide getting pitchforks and torches ready. Oh yeah , no more mystic deepstriking protection either. Deamons and BA rejoice!

Heck at least you don't have to shelve 15 GKT because they are no longer useful. At least until the next codex.

Allies are not gone apparently, GW posted up clarification on their "blog" that the new PDF's do not superscede the printed books, they took out the ally stuff to simplify things for newer people as the rules referenced out of print codexes http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/blogPost.jsp?aId=11200008a

I read that too kyle and I'm not buying it. The backlash they received from the community was so great they had no choice but to damage control the situation.

The answer is right there, we can make up stuff all we want, but the answer has been given.

My point is they (GW) could have given this clarification sooner. I'm thinking when the codicies went into pdf format. So when they release their 'true' intentions after such harsh critiques , the sincerity of it all comes to question. Nevertheless, they did rectify the situation. Its just hard to be a long time supporter of GW and feel they don't support me (us) back.

Should be surprised they responded at all. The norm is they wait 6 months for any type of faq, if at all.
