I just read the experimental rules for this baby they are WAAAAAYYYYY OP for 195 points. A toughness 7 MC that can move literally anywhere it wants!!! I wish Necrons really had this baby, it would fill a much needed hole in their game.

Kool thing is that this might make it into the codex. This model was done on a whim and not for any of their expansions. Forge World was only allowed to do the model with permission from GW and after their codex and models were complete.

That would be pretty cool. If it did make it into the codex, it would probably make most lists.195 points and its just sick.

Really? I would think these things are more killy and durable than a monolith. Since they are fewer points than a monolith, you can have more Necrons bodies upping your phase out count.

Monolith is just very handy and more durable than people think. Never know when teleporting troops out of combat might come in handy.

That thing won't replace a monolith but it'll be fun to play with three of them from time to time. And T7 is not that durable, besides if you pump it full of plasma or other ap3 or less it's in trouble.

List I would run:

Lord- 210
Troop- 3x10 warriors = 540
Fast- 13x destroyers = 650
Heavy- 3x tomb stalkers = 585
Total- 1985

You would have to pump a lot o fire into one stalker to kill it. Though you won't get all three and the 13x destroyers have room to wreck face.

The only thing to look out for is a squad of termies with thunderhammers. Those things will beat one to pieces. I was thinking 1 lith and 2 stalkers hide one behind lith and deep strike the second one.

I was thinking that too. For termies, I always threw my lord at them. No one ever usually runs more than five in a squad and with the lord's scyth, no saves equals dead termies. Go Local Meta-Game, Yea!
