So im looking at all the crazy stuff Forgeworld has and i think i remembered eharing somewhere that Forgeworld stuff can be used on regular 40k games now ?

You could always use Forgeworld stuff in regular 40k games, your opponent just has to agree to it of course but don't really see why anyone should say no.... but of course I'm sure some people would be against it.

Yeah but i think i heard/read somewhere where you dont need your opponents permision anymore and they can be used in tournaments.

I seem to recall in the past few months they were all deemed official and legal to use in any GW sanctioned event.

There are certain entries in Imperial armor books that are allowed in regular 40k games. The units allowed are detailed inside each specific IA.
