CC army in 5th edition

so i got a question. I got into this game with the concept of 4th edition eldar. No problem, just adjusted. didn't quite end up playing close combat with eldar as i wanted but they kept my interest. My question to you guys is, what NON-SPACE MARINE army is good if at all decent for just some straight up CC action in 5th edition. There is so much mech on the field i decided to run three 3-man vyper squadrons that can pour 21 str6 shots into armor and try to guide them for re-rolls so i can pen or glance a vehicle to death.

Orks! Orks! Orks! Orks! Orks! Orks! Orks! Orks! And Dark Eldar. Dark Eldar are very customizable. Two DE cc army lists can have very different units. Both armies can flootslog very well, they just need ranged AT support. Daemons are very cc as well, but you can lose a lot of units just in deployment alone.

Marines, Chaos, Nids, specific builds of other armies, etc, etc...

CC is still awesome in the new edition and I am a strong believer that every army needs SOME CC in order to survive.
