Why missile launchers and not Lascannons for the squads?
The Lascannons are much better at punching through armor, and in a 1850 you are bould to see a lot more heavy armor.

You do realize that one troop choice consists of three separate units that can split fire right? Like a command squad and 2 squads with 3 lascannons can shoot at three units. They dont even have to maintain coherency. They act completely separate.
Drop the vox-casters on the kasrkin. Its a small squad and they dont hold much of a chance at doing anything good in assault and their save is good enough to hide in shooting. Plus they deep strike so theyre pretty much useless as is.
Dont smoke the hellhound when you can fire, even the heavy bolter is better than nothing.
Sneak a powerfist and maybe an honorifica to the RR sergeant. very sexy solution to a lot of problems.
All the other weapons suck man. Get to grips sometimes a squad must waste their shitty lasgun rounds in order for the lasCANNON to fire a t a vehicle. If they do fire at say a marine squad you will want to use the krak missil launcher and not the frag so whats the difference between that and firing a lascannon? What if they have 5-6 vehicles? I dont trust the new scatter that much to do this to myself.

hehe, the "Alfred" list with the veterans and stormtroopers maxed out on special weapons...
The flair is quite entertaining. Again I personally find your list too immobile with only a few units that can really move and still be effective. Then again, I say this everytime I see your list JC.

Alright,changed it up.The reason for flamers is because now that nasty cc units can't consolidate into another combat I'll be able to put the flamers to good use.The Basilisk will be used as an assault gun.

JC, how come you dont use ratling snipers ? they are cheap, hard to kill and can take care fo nasty things like wraithlords and other ugly stuff.
Also wouldnt the stormtroopers be better Infiltrating than deep striking ? upgrade the sarge to a vet and give him the surveyor, that way you can keep other infiltrators away from them, ive never used that thing, but it could come in handy.
1 hellhound and 2 leman russes would be a pain for anyone to deal with.
When i played my guard i used to mix heavy bolters and autocannons, the autocannon has the strgth to deal with light vehicles while the heavy bolters deal with infantry, and the lasscanons can take care of heavely armored vehicles.
I never gave plasma guns to my troopers, they get to expensive to die if i roll a 1, flamers are a good option now since people cant consolidate after an assault into another assault.
I only played Guard for a little bit, but i hope this helps some.

Snipers have always been a favorite of mine. List looks pretty good. I personally would change out the stormtroopers for some ratlings (you can use cadian/catachan models for the snipers, it's what I do). And use the left over points to beef up your rough rider squads.
Otherwise I like it for what your trying to do. Another thing to consider are grenade launchers. With the new "no partials" rule they can be pretty effective, and str 6 is also not too shabby for knocking out the light vehicle or giving you a closer to auto-wound with your squads.

Yea,I've been considering ratlings for a while.I despise the ratling models as well,I think they look like hobbits.I'm probably gonna either buy the Cadian snipers or convert a couple of guardsmen to have camo-cloaks and las rifles.

Sorry, maybe this is just me but I never saw where Rough Rider Sargeants can take PowerFists? Either way I don't really think it's worth it as that squad will die very quickly and the PF probably won't get many opportunities to get it's attacks in.
