Holly crap i painted my Tomb Kings !

The title says it all, i have worked and sweated like a haitian at a Hialeah factory to get my Tomb Kings ready for action and i am proud to say that i am 95% done with them !
Here are a few pics of my crappy paint jobs but you know what...as ugly as they may be, they look a heck of a lot better than my Usual grey/silver hordes !

Luis why are they all pink?

Just kidding, They look pretty good to me. Although you might want to touch up on the shields of those Tomb guard just a bit more.

PINK ! the thing said shadow grey ! do they really look pink ?? damn this color blindness !! lol

I do need to touch up LOTS of parts, just havent had time, been paint rushing them to get them ready on time for sunday.

The carrion was my first try, the other ones came out better and i painted the base also, gonna see if i add some skulls and what not to the bases.

The catapult still needs soem work too, need to do something to the mummies tied up to it, maybe darken the wrappings a bit.

There is one easy thing you can do to increase your paint score.

Add some special details to the larger bases (Chariots, Carrion, Giant) using bits (skulls, helmets, animals).
This is an easy +2

Thats what im thinking on doing, i have several spare painted skels that i could prob add to the bases and add something more to them.

Go to HD.. go get American Walnut water based wood stain.. and go to town ...

It will come out great.. trust me.

I agree with Stephan, dip that shit and it'll look awesome!

Then all ya gotta do is run out to the nearest beach with a zip-lock bag, fill it up like half way and then base those suckers! I mean, your in the damn desert so sand would work just fine. Use super glue with a PLASTIC brush to slabber it on the base and toss 'em in the bag, shake off excess and BOOM.
