8 Months... We should be able to perfect our lists by then. I hope to see you all on the field of battle.

Might build up for this eventually.

Wil lthere be an expanded list of tournament rules later?

They need a FAQ before they even think about running an event like this!

What is a WOTR ARDBOYS? Isn't it just for GW fantasy?

they are havign one for WOTR also, pretty much no comp score, no painting score, and bring the nastiest, dirtiest, ugliest list you can make.

Sounds like a Luis list!

They clunk on those plastic boards with a thud, usually followed by a sigh from Eric

No rules pack or FAQ from GW yet, but the 'Ard Boyz WoTR point total was announced as 2000.

WoTR is also now considered as the 3rd 'Core System" over the old LoTR skirmish game rules. All Rings tourneys going forward will use the WoTR rules format.

So they bumped up the WoTR Hardboyz total to 2000?

Yikes... that's gonna be gross.

It makes sense as the 'Ard Boys point limit is traditionally above the normal tournement standard.

It also allows for all units to be fielded (The Fellowship, White Councl, etc.)

Oh I know, but I thought that 1500 was big!

2000 means I need to get like, 4 formations of KoDA...

And Aaragon...

Depending on what I play - I may be able to lend you 3 Co of KoDa and Aragorn.

You know, I wonder if one of us just needs to go to the finals just to get some damn answers from the GW folks.

I mean, maybe we could all chip in to send one of us to the finals with our laundry list of FAQs.

Originally we planned to run WoTR 'Ard Boyz ar Sunshine on Sunday the 7th; however, as this conflicts with Superbowl Sunday, WoTR 'Ard Boyz has been moved back to the original GW date os Saturday 2/6/2010.

ummm i believe there is an APOC game that day...look further down this page bill. Just a heads up.
