I can't find the document at the moment, but I believe the GW rule is the book must be released for 30 days prior to being tourney legal so that players have a chance to read and review the new army data.

A rule I did find is that a store owner, tourney sponser, or tourney judge may not win their own event. RTT guidebook, page 5. I know that came up with Brian and the 40k crowd recently.

Hmm... didn't realize the Skaven book doesn't come out until Nov. 7th...

With that in mind!

No New Skaven! (NNS!) At least not for this one. Even with some folks having an advanced copy, I could see this having potential issues later on down the road.

And no, if I compete in the tournament (which I'll only do if there's an odd number) then I stand no chance of winning.
