Good Read

Just finished Max Brook's World War Z. Great book. Very interesting on how he approached writing this one.

Zombies are such dicks.

World War...what?

It was good, still wish they would have explained what happened to the North Koreans though. Be interesting to see how the movie adaption will pan out, the way the book was written would not translate well to a movie directly.

No you are right about that.... they would have to change alot of it to make it movie ready. Very true about the the N. Koreans. I wish he would have expanded on alot of the "accounts" but at the same time that is part of what I liked about the book...... Left alot to the imagination. I had a lot of zombie dreams while reading the book!!!

Forgot to tell everyone that it was a Zombie Apocalyse Book.... or better said. It was written after the "war".

Zombipocalypse? You should've said so from the start......

If you like World War Z, might want to give 'Feed' a read. I plan on checking it out soon, it sounds like a similar concept but involves bloggers during the events and aftermath of a zombie apocalypse type ordeal.

Wasn't there several day after epidemics type movies and books concerning vampires (I am Legend, Day Break)?

Now they are taking the same plot and switching out the monster.

Sounds rehashed and boring.

World War Z is nothing like those. World War Z is written as an oral history of the zombie war, it is done in the manner of a ton of audio interviews with various experts and survivors as it goes throughout the entire history from first hand accounts.

And I am legend movie sucked!!! The short story (book) was much better. And way different..... nothing close to re-hash.
