November 14, Warhammer Tournament

Points:1250 (joel's call said so. you caught an issue take it up with him)
All Indy GT books welcome along with Treachery and Greed lists (not the greenskin raiders)

On day of tournament have a printed Army list to be given to the judge (mike). Also you are to have all and any FAQs present on the day of.

I will try to attend this event, but with Tanksgiving being on the 21st of Nov. I'm not sure if I can make it or not.

Working Nov 20th. That's also a Saturday, which has never worked for the fantasy group.

The date was chosen because of the conflict with Tanksgiving on the 21st and the following Sunday is Thanksgiving weekend, which would have never worked.

I made several 1250 point lists and I have to say that I can't seem to find anything that feels exciting to play.

Joel says its for the newer players to get involved. Can't blame him trying to get more bodies in the store for a tournament.

I had a warlord, deathmaster, and 2 doomwheels...lol

Why dont we do this, lets make a 1250 list, and then lets make a 2500 list. If NO new players show up to play then we can use the 2500 List.

I'll most probably be able to make it, gotta work on the wife a bit, this tournaments are getting to be a bit expensive ...

For myself, I am trying to see what magic I can work on da wife. Unfortunately, after having run the FOW tournament yesterday, and running Tanksgiving on the 21st, I'm not sure I'll be able to get away...

well then welcome and the event is for 1250. I know the people are looking forward for new blood

oh by the way if non on the new people do not show it will be treated as 2400 point game.

Also do not forget to have a printed/typed copy of our lists for mike. I can not stress this. no list no play....from mike

if for some reason you cannt print your list. Send it to me and i will forward him the list. but if your going to do this please do it before friday.

i find my chances of making it to this very low, i'll try to work some magic, but when the wife mentions on Monday that she has plans for Sunday..it dont look good.
