I'd rather think of it as "making tough decisions." You don't get to bring everything you want to bring, so you have to choose.

Makes for better Generalship decisions I think.

Disagree - it makes for half a game that will end by turn 3.
You always want to play smaller point sizes and your not even going to attend. Evil or Very Mad

The descisions seem to be.....
1) Play all your units at half the size you normally would. Drop a character or 2.

2) Play half the units you'd normally use at their full size. Drop a character or 2.

For Smaller list size tournaments, I think 1750 is the way to go.

1250 seems a little bit too skimpy.
