Here's a PDF with a summary of a lot of the changes to the rules.

One big change not mentioned yet is the reserves rule. Once you role 3 or more dice you always get one platoon of reserves no matter what you role. This should keep players from losing because they don't get reserves.

One man turret has changed. Now you can move and shoot at a +1 penalty. My French have just become nastier.

Everywhere else in the US has the mini rulebook. A meteor keeps striking the delivery truck that was supposed to ship the new rules last week. This week a meteor hit the "customs office" not allowing the books to be shipped this week. Maybe next week haleys comet won't pass and we'll get those rules.
