Re: Infinity Hype!
War store and maelstrom games seem to be the consensus for getting the minis. Joels going to flip his lid when a bunch of people show up with Infinity armies. It's not too bad Bill. A group of ten figs should be less than 80 bucks and they'll fit on one foam tray for easy storage.

Full stats are in each army file which gets updated every once in a while since new units are added all the time. Get it from the main sites download section.

Re: Infinity Hype!
I got my minis from The Warstore. I ordered them one day and that next day they shipped them. The prices are also some of the lowest around. Plus it takes 3 days from the time they ship for you to get them.
Ok. I started a poll to get a feel of how many people are playing which factions. Please vote.

Re: Infinity Hype!
I've been watching the tutorials and I must say it looks like this game system truely rocks. Even though nobody moved on it for 6 months..... Excellent call Kyle.
Where do you get the game tokens needed for play? Are those available?

Re: Infinity Hype!
You can download the tokens from the website in the downloads section. Then just glue them to bases.
I really liked the game system after playing with Eric the Kopp last weekend. It keeps you involved even when its not your turn. It also requires a lot more strategy then the GW games, and if you are lucky enough the crappiest troop can beat a beast in a FTF roll with a luck crit even if it is a 1 you need.
Eric found the rules below which have a table of contents to help find stuff during play. Its pretty good. The only thing is that it does not the rules from the Human Sphere book.

Re: Infinity Hype!
I don't know if the person is doing it anymore, but I would recommend checking the official forums for the card maker. Was a fans personal project that he was making unit cards with their full stats on them and their weapons, really helpful thing and he was constantly updating with the new units and making pdfs for each army. Don't have the links anymore but probably can find it on the game's forum.
The ones used are basically just the print outs of the tokens from the rules pdfs glued onto circular GW bases. Templates also just easiest to print them out, also make a bunch of copies of the circular templates because it comes in handy for many affects especially if there is lots of smoke used.

That'd be cool. I could probably head down to Sunshine once in a while. Gonna start figuring out which faction I like.KingdomCome wrote:I'm sure when I get my stuff I can swing up north and play a few game with Bill. You could come and learn.

For AT-43, we would print and cut out the tokens, then buy wooden disc at the Micheal's Art store, paint them black and glue it. This same method may work also and may be the cheapest way to go.

Re: Infinity Hype!
Heres a pic of a sampling of the terrain Jerry was talking about:
Alot of it still needs to be painted but most of it is good to go. Lots of good stuff.
And here is my 200pt Haqqislam force that I just finished painting now! They are officially ready for their first engagement

Looking good.
Sold the Yu Jing so I'm a Combined Army player. My vote is up on the poll.

Re: Infinity Hype!
Right now I mainly just home game here in Davie/Pembroke Pines anymore. Used to play a bit at Tates and then mostly at War and Pieces, but now just home with my regular gaming crew.

Yea, the last few months I've been mainly playing at home also. Been trying to get to sunshine more often these days though.
